Memorialization Package

This gift will allow someone seeking financial assistance for programs through JAH Grief Services the ability to receive a scholarship. Your gift can be made in memory of a significant person in your life who has died or in honor of someone close to you. With your gift, you will also have the opportunity to add the person’s name to our website “In Memory Of” page.

Choose the “quantity” that feels most comfortable for you, knowing that:

• $100 will allow someone to undergo an initial assessment at no cost.

• $600 will fund an entire 8-week program for a bereaved individual.
